I believe wholeheartedly in the importance of caring for both our body and our inner self. When we treat ourselves as one whole entity, caring for all the parts – body, mind and spirit – we find that everything in life runs more smoothly. Through my own personal experiences, education and personal growth, I have developed an approach to fitness that is truly effective. And I share with my clients what others have shared with me – their own very personal and valuable lessons in nurturing the body, mind and spirit.
 
    My unique approach to fitness is based on traditional fitness methods and practices from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In addition, I incorporate aspects of yoga, breathing and flexibility training. I also integrate forms of meditation/relaxation exercises and life-coaching into my personalized programs.

I feel strongly that this combination of approaches allows my clients to take better control over their fitness and their lives. In doing so, they find themselves having a more positive outlook. I can then set them on a path that results in more peace and contentment in their lives.
